IVAN PETERSON

Ivan has been practicing PT in the Bitterroot Valley since 2015 initially earning his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Biology in 2011 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2015 both from the University of Montana. Along with many of the other Physical Therapists in our company he completed rigorous training in orthopedic manual therapy earning his Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) credential in December of 2018 under the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).  In 2019 he earned his board certification in orthopedics and is now an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Ivan has a strong desire to continue developing his skill and knowledge with all facets of physical therapy in order to best help patients improve their function and get out of pain. His professional interests include all orthopedic complaints including spinal and joint pain, manual therapy, sports injuries, vertigo / balance, and pain management. 

 

Ivan is a native to the Bitterroot and enjoys spending his free time hiking, biking, skiing, gardening, home brewing, and spending time with his small dog and family.
