Question About Your Bill //

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

Our billing specialists will ensure complete communication regarding your insurance information.  We relay information to our front desks regarding your copay, high deductible, and can discuss with you per your request your benefits in detail (i.e. have you met your deductible, have you met your out of pocket max, etc.).

How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Depending on the insurance company, it can take 2 weeks or 60+ days for claims to process through your insurance leaving your balance paid in full (if you've met your deductible) or leaving you with a patient responsibility.  Do note that coming to us as in network providers does get you a discount on your services.  Those discounts often vary depending on our contract with them.

Why am I getting bills from your providers?

If you are receiving bills from your physical therapist/clinic where you've attended PT, it's undoubtedly because you have a deductible that has not been met therefore, you will owe until your deductible or out of pocket max has been met.  We encourage you to call and discuss benefits with your insurance company prior to your first PT visit.

I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill - but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

If we are in network with your insurance company, you will receive what insurance companies call a contractual adjustment/discount.  This means by attending our PT clinic that is in network with your insurance company, you'll get whatever contractual adjustment was set up at the time of our contract.  These amount often vary.  Please contact your insurance company directly for these specific questions.
