Individuals who have chronic lung conditions may experience shortness of breath and difficulty performing daily activities. Through therapy, we can work to strengthen your muscles so that they use oxygen more efficiently allowing you to do more with less shortness of breath. You can also learn breathing exercises, stretches, aerobic training and balance training to give you tools to manage your lung condition and improve your quality of life.
